I ordered this watch for my mom as a gift.The package came promptly but was shocked to see the box when I opened the package. The box was covered with dust and the box was very old too. I had bought seiko kinetic watches before and thought the service was really good before. Not so happy with the purchase this time. Even the watch was dull. Hope the watch works fine.

Wife is Happy! Style and price and appearance of this self-winding lady's watch are all great. Arrived in good time. Keeps good time. Needs a li'l extra self-winding at bedtime to get through the night but no big deal.
