This is a classy watch with an easy-to-read face, and I like it very much.
But the band was too short for my 7.25-inch wrist, and I had to poke an extra hole... I wish the strap had allowed for larger wrists and that Amazon was more clear about what "women's standard" means... my other "women's standard" watches fit without modification.

This model is hard to find and the price was right. I usually don't pay for shipping, but it worked out right. the band is pretty thin.

I purchased this watch as a present for my wife in October, 2010, because of the size and appearance of the watch and the Seiko reputation. She loves the watch, except that since she has had it, it has on four or five occasions turned up 3 or 4 minutes slow, but still running. Yesterday she found it 15 minutes slow, although the watch was still running. After resetting the watch, it runs normally until the next occurrence, so now it goes back to Seiko for warranty work. I cannot recommend this watch based on the problems my wife has had with it.

I really like the watch. It would have been more to my liking if the band were a bit wider. The picture really doesn't do it justice. It has a beautiful face on it. No other problems or issues at all.
